LIL NINJAS
Program Description
Lil Ninja is your preschooler’s next big leap into movement with purpose, growing independence, and real skill building – all with the ninja energy they love!
This isn’t just high-energy “play” (but loads of fun!). It’s structured, intentional movement with real developmental wins – the kind that builds strength, focus, and confidence you can see. Every roll, jump, and challenge helps your child improve coordination, follow directions, try hard things, and walk a Lil taller.
Lil Ninja teaches kids how to move with intention and how to believe in themselves along the way. Every challenge they take on, every skill they master, and every high-five is building something bigger: confidence, coordination, and grit that’ll show up way beyond the gym.
Lil Ninja. It’s more than movement.
It’s confidence in motion – and the start of something BIG.
NINJA BOYS/GIRLS
Program Description
NinjaZone is where movement meets mindset, and kids level up in every way!
NinjaZone blends the 4 Worlds of Ninja – gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and warrior – into one high-energy, skill-building, character-driven experience designed for every kind of kid! Moving their way through 10 levels – ninjas will conquer skills, obliterate obstacles, and compete on a whole other stratosphere!
Whether your child is bouncing off the walls, burnt out on traditional sports, or looking to gain an edge in their game, NinjaZone gives them a place to move, belong, and grow.
Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques.
A progressive level system evaluates and advances children in their skill and knowledge of core values as described in the NinjaZone creed. Children advance and learn at their own pace.
The levels of NinjaZone are defined by the headband colors of White, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple.

A student’s apparel is very important to ensure safety. We require a specific uniform for NinjaZone classes. Each class, your child needs to come prepared with their NINJAZONE SHIRT. Shorts or pants can be any type and should be dark in color, but we recommend a material that allows children to move freely. Jeans and school uniform pants are not permitted on the gym floor. If you have purchased but not received your NinjaZone uniform by your first day of class, a black t-shirt and black athletic shorts are requested.

A level up ceremony is for the advancement of ninja boys or ninja girls to move up to the next level i.e.; white to yellow, yellow to green and green to blue.
When Ninjas are ready to move to the next level, trainers will fill out an “Invitation to Mission Card.” Missions will be scheduled on at least a quarterly basis. At their mission, Ninjas will be evaluated on mastery of their skills and on The Creed.
Ninjas are evaluated on a monthly basis, with each evaluation covering the 4–6 skills taught during that month. When a ninja consistently demonstrates mastery of the curriculum for their current level, they may be invited to participate in a Ninja Level Up Ceremony. During a ceremony ninjas will prove their mastery of skills and The Creed to friends, family, and the Ninja Zone Director. Families are encouraged to review the Ninja Zone Code of Points which outlines the curriculum for each level.
Current levels offered at MTG: (Ages 6+)
- White (Level 1)
- White + (Level 2)
- Yellow (Level 3)
- Yellow+ (Level 4)
- Green (Level 5)
- Green+ (Level 6)
Ninja Level Up Ceremonies play an important role in building confidence, self-esteem, goal-setting skills, and resilience, while also celebrating each ninja’s hard work and dedication. Ceremonies are held quarterly, and eligible ninjas receive a private email invitation when they are ready to advance.
Bonus Path to Level Up:
Ninjas may also earn advancement by competing in Ninja Games. Each level has a required point threshold, with higher levels needing more points to advance.
Example: White Level competitors must earn 75 points to qualify for level advancement.
*All ninjas ages 6 and up begin in White (Level 1) unless a private evaluation has been completed and approved.
Open Dojo is an organized ‘open gym’ time that combines gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training, and freestyle movement, while also focusing on building character. Your child will want to run, have fun, and burn off energy at home. Why not send them to our Open Dojo, where they can redirect their energy into a truly positive focus!
Our Open Dojo is at 4:30pm-6:00pm on the third Friday of each month between October-May. It is open to all ninjas, those who are in our program and those who have yet to enroll in a class.
The Ninja Games are a competition where ninjas can showcase their skills, strength, agility, and creativity. With the combination of conquering an obstacle course and creating skill combinations, ninjas acquire points for each skill they attempt and complete. Showcasing these tricks allows ninjas to overcome their nerves, direct their focus, obliterate obstacles, and work to achieve their goals!
