Girls Beginner (Ages 5/6 and 6 & Up; Girls only)
This is a 60 min class focusing on basic/beginner gymnastics skills. Skill focus will be on basic strength and flexibility to build a strong foundation for working on skills. This class is recommended for girls with little or no gymnastics experience (less than one year).
